Camps and Classes
Youth and Teen Lessons: $180
Youth and teen lessons take place from 9:00AM-11:30AM, and from 1:00PM-3:30PM Monday – Friday. Students who are new to sailing are encouraged to attend the morning session, and students who are intermediate/advanced sailors are encouraged to attend the afternoon session. Lessons are held at our location at 600 South Park Avenue in Neenah, Wisconsin. We are located behind the Neenah Pool near the boat launch.
The lesson dates for 2024 are as follows:
Session 1, June 17 – June 21
Session 2, June 24 – June 28
Session 3, July 8 – July 12
Session 4, July 15 – July 19
Session 5, July 22 – July 26
Session 6, August 12 – August 16
Adult Lessons: $450
Adult lessons take place from 5:30PM-8:30PM every Monday and Wednesday evening at Riverside Park in Neenah. There are two sessions each lasting 4 weeks each summer, for a total of 8 lessons as part of this class. The first two weeks of lessons are focused on general sailing knowledge and skills on our Flying Scot fleet. The last two weeks of lessons typically take place on NNYC volunteer keelboats to help students practice their skills on larger boats.

Session 1, June 10 – July 3
Session 2, July 8 – July 31
Private Lessons: $150
We also offer private lessons. Private lessons do not run on a predetermined schedule, instead, they are to be scheduled between the student and the instructor/s who will be assisting in the private lesson. Students can receive private lessons on an optimist pram, a 420, a laser, or a flying scot depending on level of experience. Please register using the button below, and we’ll be in touch shortly!
Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancelled registrations that occur less than 7 days before the first day of class will be forfeited. Registration for any class will close 4 days before the first class is scheduled. In addition, you will be alerted if any class does not have at least 4 students. If this is the case, you will be offered an opportunity to transfer to another class or you will receive a refund of your registration fee.
